the alignment of my body improve a lot.

I feel
relax. My breathe becomes quick and the range of motion becomes larger. I feel
to energetic.
Q4:Please,
explain how the steps mentioned above may relate to the way you move in space
as you improvise dance.
The first
step is tap into my core. Finding my core helps me stand in a more balanced way
and it will helps me look more elegant.
The second
step is warm up. Every time before we dance, we always warm up. Not only
because to avoid injure but also let you be in the dance mode, which helps me
feel free to dance with any parts of my body.
The third
step is shift your weight. It’s like you are a butterfly, when you shift your weight upward.
When you shift you weight downward, you can feel the connection between your
feet and the ground.
The fourth
step is connected with other dancers. It’s attractive to make eye contact and toughing.
The fifth
step is authentic. Everyone has different preference. You need to find what
exactly you want to express through your dance.
